If you schedule an appointment and cannot make it, for any reason, you must call/text to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. There will be a $25 fee charged for not following this requirement on your next visit. If you have 3 or more missed appointments/no shows you will be asked to pre-pay for your appointment.
We gladly accept cash and all major credit cards.
These cannot be scheduled on the first visit.You must schedule a consultation and a regular service prior to receiving chemicals. This will ensure the proper color application and pinpoint any issues that may be present in the hair.
I believe that all clients should be happy with their hair and If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hair, we will correct it at no additional charge within 2 days of your original appointment. There are no refunds.
At this time I do not service any clients under the age of 10.
