Shipping Policy: We only Ship product to confirmed addresses.  The address has to confirm, If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. PROCESSING TIME FOR RAW HAIR IS APPROXIMATELY 7-10 DAYS. 

Return Policy: Please note that all units are FINAL sales. There are NO REFUNDS on any units made or NO exchanges. All bundles can be returned within 3 days of delivery ONLY if the package has not been open, no exceptions.

BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH: If provided billing and shipping information do not match, your order will not be processed. JustGlo is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Texture/Color Disclaimer: Hair has been collected from Temples in Indonesia and since each bundle is from a single donor, no 2 bundles are the same pattern. Therefore, each bundle(s) may vary slightly but is matched to the best of our ability.
