Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed in advance, because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.


The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. JustGlo Studio policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing our established and future clientele. Currently after covid-19 we only accept card for payment.


Color Appointments

These cannot be scheduled on the first visit. You must schedule a consultation and a regular service prior to receiving chemicals. This will ensure the proper color application and pinpoint any issues that may be present in the hair.


A Security Deposit per person must be paid at the time of booking to secure an appointment. Your security deposit will be applied towards your service.

I believe that all clients should be happy with their hair and If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hair, we will correct it at no additional charge within 24 hrs of your original appointment. There are no refunds. 


At this time I do not service any clients under the age of 6years old.
