• Cancellation: 24hr cancellation forfeits the retaining fee and charged $75 no exceptions.

• NoShow: Forfeits the retaining fee and charged $75 no exceptions.

• Reschedule: You are able to reschedule your appointment ONE time 72hrs in advance.

• Guests: We kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment.

• Safety: If you're feeling unwell, please wear a mask for everyone's safety.

• Time: Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.

• Parking: There is FREE street parking.
